At SAUCE, every part of the pizza has been thoughtfully crafted to produce a unique, quality experience. The Italian dough crust is made fresh from scratch every day in the store. Our high-protein flour is kneaded with virgin olive oil and select yeast. The flavors enrich the dough as it proofs overnight before being rolled and placed into our 2-inch deep pans.
They’re not “toppings” at SAUCE. They’re the “stuffing” layered between our double crust. Over a pound of cheese combined with your favorite meats and veggies…all baked together until the crust is golden and ready to eat!
Then there’s the SAUCE!…fresh, not canned, or factory cooked. A savory blend of tomatoes, olive oil, cheese, and spices combined in our kitchen at least 24 hours before being ladled to the top of each and every SAUCE Favorite or custom pizza creation.
Some say “Good things come to those who wait.” That used to be true for every Chicago style stuffed pizza customer. It typically takes 45 minutes to build and bake one of these great pizzas. At SAUCE we believe you shouldn’t have to spend your lunch hour waiting. SAUCE FAVORITES are ready to serve at your request. Pick up a whole pizza or get it by the slice. Order your custom pizza in advance and have it ready when you arrive. Eat in or take out, SAUCE staff will provide the service and hospitality you deserve.
